Europe: Your legal guarantee rights
Any of the images here can be ordered as custom-made prints. Since I don't really offer print-quality electronic versions of these anywhere, my pictures/fine art prints are indeed exclusively available here.
As a bonus, there is a 4-for-3 offer: Purchase three prints or more, and receive an additional print of your choice free of charge up to the largest size you ordered. This is managed automatically on the "Shopping Cart" page at checkout.
Ordering is easy and protected by PayPal's Buyer Protection scheme. This is how an order comes about:
Should I be unable to fulfil an order, the reservation is released and nothing is charged. Orders can be placed in English, German, French or Spanish.
All orders are charged in euros (EUR). Prices shown in other currencies are for guidance; if your PayPal account uses another currency, PayPal shows you the exact converted amount before you approve the payment.
The sold items are pigment-ink prints on select fine-art archival papers. They are shipped in individual polypropylene sleeves, with artwork details (certificate) and signature on the back. All prints are numbered: The certificate includes the running serial number of the respective edition of the image that you ordered.
The certificate is printed directly on the back of the paper for paper types that allow double-sided printing due to their material and thickness; otherwise, the certificate is fixed as a hinge to the back of the print with archival, acid-free paper tape (Neshen P90).
The prints are customisable by you regarding the format of the paper that they are printed on, and regarding the dimensions of the picture on it (paper format vs. print-size).
Printing is done on an ImagePROGRAF Pro 300 by Canon with refilled tanks using Pigmera C1, a custom pigment ink produced under the Farbenwerk brand, rather than Canon stock.
By default, the paper medium will be Marrutt Standard Fine Art Production at 316gsm, a very fine and hefty matte paper.
We offer a Premium option, if you would like to have your print on a different paper type, such as Ilford Metallic Gloss or the Hahnemühle "Natural Line" range and get an optional protective spray coating of the print, which helps protect it against UV light, moisture and fingerprints.
The Premium option also includes an optional borderless black background, and you can choose to have the work's title and date handwritten below the picture on the front (signature on the back is always included for free).
Delivery time: I ship your order within 1–2 business days of receiving your payment. Delivery then takes 2–4 business days within Germany, 4–8 business days to other EU countries, and 7–14 business days to the rest of the world. These delivery times are approximate. During the Christmas period, delivery may take up to 5 business days longer. Delays caused by the carrier or other events beyond our control (e.g. strikes or severe weather) are also possible.
We offer worldwide shipping of the prints in a lay-flat, corrugated cardboard package. The box is made of FSC-certified cardboard, and contains a thin inlay sheet made of wood covering the base, to prevent warping and as corner protection. The largest I can currently ship is A3.
Shipping is a flat fee per order: €12.50 within Germany, and €25 to all other countries, including any customs and import duties.
Pickup: if we have arranged it - for example at a market or an exhibition - you can collect your order from me in person instead. Choose Pickup in the cart; there is then no shipping fee, and PayPal doesn't ask for a delivery address. Your right of withdrawal is the same as for a shipped order.
