On this page you can withdraw from your contract with us, in full or in part.
"Contract" here simply means your order with us. So if you recently ordered something from us and would like to invoke your statutory right of withdrawal (in German law, the "Widerrufsrecht"), you can do so on this page.
In short, this page is relevant to you if your order arrived no more than 14 days ago, or hasn't arrived yet – the statutory withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you receive your order.
Ordering from Picwok works a little differently from most online shops: our website creates an order PDF for you, which you send to us by e-mail, and only then do we send you a PayPal payment link. So there is no typical "Buy" button on our site.
The law requires online shops to offer a so-called withdrawal button: withdrawing from a contract online should be as easy as entering into it. Even though our ordering process doesn't follow the usual pattern, we want to honour the intent of this rule, and so we offer you this simple way to withdraw all the same.
Enter your name and the order reference below. You'll find the reference at the top of your order PDF; it looks like 'PW-260926-K7QM' for example.
Can't find your order reference? Just e-mail us instead: you can always declare your withdrawal by e-mail to orders@picwok.com as well.
If you only want to withdraw from part of your order, also enter the identifiers of those items as listed on the order PDF (for example 12A or ST1). If you leave this field empty, your withdrawal applies to the whole order.
Finally, enter the e-mail address where we should send the confirmation of receipt, and click "Confirm withdrawal". Your withdrawal is then sent to us directly, and we immediately confirm receipt by e-mail to that address, with the content of your withdrawal and the date and time we received it.

You bear the direct cost of returning it.
We will refund your payment for the item, including the standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment (PayPal). We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or until you have shown that you sent it.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Michael Mangelsdorf, Hödlerstraße 25, 79183 Waldkirch, Germany, telephone: +49 7681 493 4704, e-mail: orders@picwok.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://picwok.com/widerruf. If you use this online function, we will send you, without undue delay, an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) with information on the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
